Mental and emotional distress are at the root of many problems, from high blood pressure to poor sleep to constant overwhelm. This stress wrecks our physical health, our ability to focus on meaningful tasks, and our ability to find purpose in our work and relationships.

The good news is that you possess a powerful yet often overlooked tool that can help: your breath.

This 4-week course will teach you harness the power of your breath to improve your mental and emotional well-being. You'll learn practical techniques to calm your mind, reduce stress, and manage your emotions more effectively.

You are guaranteed to reduce stress & anxiety and cultivate more positive emotions in the shortest scientifically-backed time possible.

About the Unique Breath-Based Stress-Reduction Protocol

This course utilizes the latest science and ancient wisdom to provide you with a simple and robust three-component protocol to significantly reduce stress and improve your mental well-being.

The Three Proven Practices Used in the Protocol:

Traditionally, these practices are used separately. This is the first time they have been combined into one robust stress-reducing protocol.

1) BREATHING

Breathing is the center point of the program because it provides immediate access to our mental and emotional state via its direct influence on the nervous system and brain.

2) MINDFULNESS

By training in mindfulness, we can deepen our relaxation, increase our attention, and enhance our ability to use our breathing for better mental health.

3) REMEMBERED WELLNESS

Remembered wellness is how you return to wholeness and access your distinct neurosignatures for emotional health and wellness.
These three components are introduced in what I have discovered to be the most accessible order over 4 weeks, with each week building off the previous. Then, in Week 4, we’ll integrate them into one session to create the most mental and emotional health benefits in the shortest science-backed period possible.

Who Is This Course For?

This course uses simple and safe exercises that are suitable for everyone. However, from my experience, the following people will benefit most:

Experiencing* Stress, Anxiety, and Depression

Peer-reviewed science has shown us that breathing is uniquely suited for improving these aspects of mental health.
*If you have been clinically diagnosed with a mental condition such as generalized anxiety disorder or depression, the science is less clear how effective these practices will be at reducing symptoms. However, at the very least, they are safe and may help you feel better.

Chronic Illness

If you deal with a chronic illness, this course will help you deal with the emotional ups & downs that come with your condition and the associated mental distress.

Recent Life-Changing Event

If you've had a new diagnosis, lost a job, or had any other recent significant life event, the tools you learn in this course will be invaluable for navigating your new life (this is what inspired me personally to discover & develop the protocol).

High-Performers (work or athlete)

For people who run hot and are always looking to push their own personal limits, the unique stress-reducing practices you learn here will be invaluable for resetting every day and optimizing your energy and recovery.

IMPORTANT:

This course is not a replacement for physician treatment or intended to cure or heal any physical or mental conditions. It is, however, a vital complementary mind-body intervention to improve your quality of life.

Praise for Nick's Work

Because this is the first time the course has been offered, there are no student testimonials. However, here is praise for Nick’s work from leading experts in the field:

“Nick Heath brings extraordinary care and diligence to his work with diabetes. His personal experience and extensive scientific knowledge make him my go-to expert on the condition. “Dr. Nick Heath has taken what many deem a problem and become solely reliant on western medication and transformed it into a passion for understanding the biological significance of that very problem. What he understands and how he has been able to connect that to our most fundamental need of energy and how breathing impacts it all should be something we all want to learn more about.”

– Brian Mackenzie Founder & Creative Director of SHIFT, Co-Founder and President of HHPF

“Nick is a wealth of information and inspiration not only for people with diabetes but for anyone who wants to learn more about the power of breath for well-being. His personal experience as a diabetic along with his science background give Nick a unique perspective to share (in a very accessible way) about how/why breath is healing & nourishing for diabetics.”

- Sandy Abrams, Founder, TheCEOm.com, Co-Chair, GWI BREATHE Initiative

“Nick is leading an accessible, practical, and science-based path to improved metabolic health and nervous system function – with something that is absolutely free. Extreme Flexibility

If you have been following my work, you know I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to breathing. However, I also know that we have to start somewhere. Therefore, I have designed this course to give you the easiest possible starting point while remaining extremely flexible. You will learn several powerful practices, and after the 4-week reboot, you’ll have all the tools you need to adopt them for your lifestyle.

Moreover, to give you more power, I will also show you exactly how to set up the protocol on freely available apps. This way, you won’t have to rely exclusively on the audio files I provide you. But, of course, the audio files are yours forever, so you can continue using them as long as they help you.

A Final Word from Nick

This course is about helping you reduce stress and anxiety while cultivating more positive emotions. However, it’s ultimately about something much bigger: giving you a greater sense of self-agency. Giving you the feeling that you can control your life, physiology, mindset, and emotional reactions.

And to me, this is the greatest gift of all. It goes far beyond just breathing; it becomes a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

You might start sleeping better, exercising more, reading again, laughing with your spouse, or putting your phone away while eating dinner. Who knows; there’s no telling what these practices might snowball into for you.

But one thing is sure: these positive changes won’t be random. They will happen in a way that is right for you, your unique situation, and your remarkable life aspirations.

All this is to say that breathing is more than just breathing. You start with your breath. But you end with your best self.

I hope you’ll join me on this journey.

In good breath,
Nick
